I am not sure how useful Mastermind would be on the zero point bystander of Laurence Schexnayder. Perhaps a special defense power allowing him to use it on friend characters of a given keyword(s)?
Also, I think that Captain Metropolis could do well with a defense power that allowed him improved defense stats, ES/D or CCR when adjacent to a friendly character of a given keyword as well too.
I like this set idea very much. Especially the Stormwatch / Authority characters which have been missing in CLIX since the start of the new 52.

WizKids needs to start listening to the players and start making more un-clixed characters; like Jimmy Olsen used to be.
Cosmic Boy: He's a difficult character to make a dial for that doesn't seem obsolete in comparison to the SLOSH001 Common, but you've managed to accomplish that task with this version. He serves a the same role with the potential double TK, plus he has some nice stuff added like the trait, which I'm interested to see if a trait like that will be applied to any other legionnaires. I like the defense boost on his 75 point dial, it helps make that dial seem more playable, though I do fear that for the most part it would just get skipped over in favor of the 50 point line.
That's for the feedback. I agree, every Cosmic Boy dial really has to be better than the Slosh version or what's the point. I tried to keep his cost down. I wanted to try something a little different by letting him take a free action anytime the rest of the round to use TK. This lets me break up the use of TK.
The teamwork traits will be a theme for the LoSH characters.

That's a great idea for Cap Metro. I think I will do something like that. Keeping it very limited as to not increase his points.
Thanks for the typo catch on Comedian. I do that all the time. Not sure why when I go to type Halve, I end up with Have. Oh well.

I love how easy it is to forget how absurd and trippy Silver Age DC is... until something so utterly bonkers just shows up and smacks you in the face with how dang weird it is. A team of medieval knights... from the future... who ride around on gigantic dalmatians.
Got some very fun dials here - simple, straightforward, efficient. I dig it. Never heard of this group or the main guy, but it's such a weird concept that I'd try it on the field at least once.

I think 60's and 70's comic book creators were on drugs. I always thought of DC's golden age as the cheesy period...that is until you start reading silver age DC. Boy, some of it is just weird.
I do recommend the Atomic Knights stories in Strange Adventures, if you have the opportunity. Some fun stuff - and giant dalmatians are the greatest.
