1) Can the 30pt version of btas069 Green Lantern use KYRO, MY VENUSIAN SIDEKICK, to generate a Kyro bystander ?

2) Can two btas069 Green Lantern use KYRO, MY VENUSIAN SIDEKICK each, to generate 2 Kyro bystander ?

Yes to both.

No to 1. I typed it in the wrong spot, Kyro is a damage power, not a trait.
