QUESTION

Can a fig. over ( 75 - points ) with Poison base Jane Foster without attacking ?
If so does , does Jane Foster take damage from the Poison power ?

Does poison require lines of fire?

Her trait only prevents Lines of Fire to be drawn to her. It doesnt prevent her from being damaged or even from being attacked.

Poison does not require " lines of fire " .

To note, she can also be punched... She couldn't be targeted by ranged attacks, perplex, OW, etc... but anything done to an adjacent figure without referring to line of fire is good.
One good charge is all it takes for her to be toast.

I really appreciate this information , earlier today my opponent used that same Jane Foster , but this time my ( 70 ) point Superman from the " ELSE WORLD " set knocked her out .
With Jane Foster out the game my opponent wasn't able to heal his other figs. that took significant damage .

I won the game !
