If I could play just one of these dials (preferably the blue-clicks), without the "Eternal Love and Eternally Cursed" trait, for 75 points, I'd be ecstatic (a word which here means, "I'd cut Hawkman off the sculpt and never look back." Shayera Hol/John Stewart OTP).
This is one of the best duo figures they have every made. Ran them yesterday with a BTAS Justice League theme team and they were fantastic. All three of their traits were very helpful to my team, especially with 5 of my 7 figures being 100 points or less. I'll be running them as often as I can with Justice League theme teams and very soon on a Justice Society theme team in a Golden Age team. I love this piece and all 3 Hawks in this set.
Had fun with them on a JL team. Remembering their special sidestep would've been iseful but I still made it work. They really make your opponent question how to use Outwit. If they outwit something on one dial, just switch to the opposite and go after the outwit person. Then if they really want the hawks gone, they have to focus even more attacks on them after getting one dial down.

Good point. If you're going to Outwit something on this figure, it's pretty much either Willpower (via their Indomitable) or Sidestep (from their trait).
Like the chase Turtles from Unplugged, Hawk & Hawk should be moving literally every turn unless there's a very good reason not to be (also like those Turtles, they have Improved Movement: Characters). Unlike the chase Turtles, their three-squares-every-turn thing is a standard power, at the heart of it, and thus can be Outwitted.
I love the dial, but I hate that they made this a duo figure to represent the DCAU versions of the characters.
They should have made the Superfriends versions the duo figure and the Justice League Hawkgirl should have been her own figure.
The Hawks were police officers on their native Thanagar. This figure feels like Wizkids is aware it's been a really long time since we got quintessential Hawks and they know it's probably gonna be a really long time before they make the Hawks again so just give them every keyword people might want them to have. I would just like to see Thanagar get some of the same love that Amazons, Wakanda and Atlantis have gotten over the years. We still need playable Thanagar generics.
Love these guys -- they really give an All-Star Squadron team that extra "oomf". For all the thing Wizkids did wrong with Joker's Wild, they got this duo correct. A++

I only want two pieces from this set: Zatanna and this Hawk duo. They are wonderful together and fit well on any JLA or JSA team. A must have piece. UPDATE: I got a BTAS Hawkman/Hawkgirl duo in the mail and Hawkman broke off. It was a stroke of mod genius to move this Shayera over to the JLU rare dial, so now I have this beautiful flying sculpt on this duo and that one. (I own another one of this duo.)
Amazing piece. On an indoors map is where Hawkgirl's side of the dial with HSS, Outwit and 3 square Sidestep. Sidestep around a corner to outwit a defensive power and HSS them then hide around another corner. Or HSS in for a hit, counter a key offensive power and then sidestep behind a wall. The ability to free action switch between Invul and Super Senses to best prepare for the nearest opponent's capabilities is so useful. The aerial +1 attack is incredibly strong as well, giving a 12/3 HSS with Precision Strike is nasty in the current era of dial construction.
WIN: 3 - LOSS: 2
Ran on a Justice League team with Atom and JLU Superman, and that mobility was so useful. Just the 3-Sidestep alone was awesome for moving my teammates around, while still leaving options open for other actions. The JLU trait, while rare, is great when it pulls off. The icing on the cake? When your opponent realizes that they have to KO them twice. No matter which dial you were on, they were great in most situations. I even managed to 1-turn KO the famous Batman Beyond by teaming them up with the Superman. So much Hypersonic! The only times they were KO'd was when they were the last ones left or I rolled two critical fails sequentially. They are a must-have for almost any JLA team I will be making in the future.
