I'd also debated adding the Young Allies, but didn't that only happen after her resurrection? I have that represented on the B dial, for sure!
Good question.
Does this dial represent rookie Jolt or human non-energy Jolt?
If the former, skipping the keyword makes sense. If it's the latter, include it - but that means potentially giving her a few more powers. Maybe it's easier to design the B dial as being split between human and energy form.
I didn't like Jolt because she was one of those characters who never loses and is always right. I like flaws and for most of her time in Thunderbolts I don't remember her having any.
But the dial is good. I could see it being abused though, since she could be carried in as a low-point shield. But I have no idea what competitive Clix is like these days.

Yep, this one's the rookie (mostly) human Jolt! Now that I've seen powered-up's human side, I think I would've debated including it in the B dial if she had a special power or ability. In game function, I think it works like a handicap...

She's a character I could stand to see make a comeback.
Big thanks! I've been having fun playing with the stats throughout these. Jolt seemed like a high-mobility, high evasion piece with tiny damage output... but also has tie-up potential.

Many thanks!
Definitely see your point! That's probably why she's not vaunted like Shadowcat and Jubilee who actually have human struggles.
Fun fact: I'd made this dial a couple months ago before I'd read seen resurrected Jolt in action. Kinda stoked I inadvertently had that second trait.

Living Lightning!: Jolt’s ranged attacks deal Action Tokens to hit opponents. When she occupies Water Terrain, +1 Attack, +1 Damage. Grounded...: When Jolt occupies or is adjacent to Hindering or Blocking Terrain, she ONLY has Earthbound/Neutralized and Battle Fury.

Shock 'em near and far!: At the beginning of your turn, choose Energy Explosion and Super Senses, or Quake and Shape Change. Jolt has the chosen powers until the beginning of your next turn. Time to fry this dirtbag!: Power: Force Blast. On a D6 result of 5-6, give the targeted character an action token.
I think the most I've ever liked Chase Stein was during Avengers Arena or Avengers Undercover. I sense that the whole point is that he has more depth and empathy that he lets on, but the facade does nothing for me.

Fistigon Construct: Smoke Cloud, but only to create two Hindering Terrain spaces that must be adjacent to each other. Characters that occupy or cross those spaces take 1 damage.
My God, the Ellis run is so freakin' good. It helps that Bullseye is one of those characters who seems to be well-written every single time he shows up. He even ruled in the Daredevil movie!

Nowhere to Hide: Improved Targeting: Ignores all but Blocking Terrain. Nowhere to Run: Probability Control, but only on Bullseye’s attack rolls. Ranged Combat Expert as a combat action.
Wow, we FINALLY made it to our Uncommons! Big thanks to everyone who’s been reading and commenting so far! Any and all feedback is certainly welcome!
Initially, I didn't think much of Atlas. Just another big guy. Busiek & Nicieza sold me on his psychology, though. He’s a follower and a grunt with some crippling insecurities. Though he’s got the best of intentions, he’s prone to making criminal mistakes out of desperation.
I also love how he tends to begin fights by just stomping the hell out of folks. That’s cool.

Hits Like Ten Trucks: Quake & Super Strength. Making an Entrance: At the beginning of your turn, choose , , or . Atlas has the chosen symbol until the beginning of your next turn.
Dang, that Bullseye is nasty! I never understood the strategy of giving Bullseye a huge range value, as for the most part, he's throwing things, and eschews guns unless necessary, so this here is a Bullseye who finally makes sense. His damage, attack, and defense values are scary, but the brevity of his dial, his low speed, and low range really help compensate, not to mention his weakness to getting punched in the face.
I love it. That's Bullseye.
And there's something special about a variable giant. It reminds me of the early issue where the team went up against the robotic Growing Man, and Atlas kept matching it growth for growth. It was a pretty badass fight, and I like that this version can do just that.

Many thanks! Along with Mr. X, Bullseye was one of the characters that solidified the set's point & power scheme. As you pointed out, the low movement value was a concession to make his work with his damage values and point cost.
Double that thanks for Atlas! Marvel has so many size-changing characters that it surprises me that most of their clix adaptations don't have have that feature built into their designs. That said, it's interesting that Atlas never deigns to shrink. That'd probably be a fun story worth exploring...
My next cheat is Black-Ant, who was a cowardly comedian in Diggle’s Thunderbolts run. I preferred his appearance in Williamson’s Illuminati, where he was a sociopathic cyborg. There, he notably shrank into a man’s stomach, then exploded out. I tried to capture that here.
Bon appetit!

Hitching a Ride: FREE: Whenever an adjacent character moves, you may place Black-Ant adjacent to them. Remember that scene from “Alien?”: When Black-Ant KOs an opposing character, deal one damage to an adjacent opposing character and give Black-Ant until you’re next turn. Never see me coming: Sidestep & Stealth.
Wasn't the Minions of Doom TA removed from the game?
BA here could be given the Hydra keyword.
Wow, that's a super recent change. Good catch.
Tentatively, I think I'm going to leave it, as the Minions of Doom TA is functionally identical to the Team Player TA, with the benefit of being flavor text and worldbuilding.
I do wonder if the Minions of Doom TA will return when the Fantastic Four rights return, as it was used as recently as the Avengers Defenders War set...
Crossbones' dial threatened to be a generic super soldier because, for what little I knew about him, that's all he was. It took doing my research to find the specificity that makes this guy special.
