Stealth+combat reflexes+exploit is a nasty combo. The problem is with 4 range and no real strong offense or move and attack, your opponent will likely just ignore him. His +1 book is nice if you can keep the rest of your team nearby. Pray your opponent can't see through stealth, his KO can ruin you. Push him all you want, he can heal back with his -0. He's definitely worth only 60pts.

I agree with you Goop. At only 60 points, I'd ignore him as much as possible if he was put on a map where he could take advantage of that combo.

pair someone with TK and this guy is a shredder.
B/C/F with perplex or willpower, and potential to turn off your defense late. incredible.
