Yes Bizzaro Joker does have the Outsider team ability on its dial why hasn't anyone mentioned before.

BizJoker does not, in fact, have any team ability on his dial. I've seen two of them in person, including my own. However, it looks like there was a TA printed on there, but they've all been painted over or removed before being shipped out to the market. His card does not indicate any team ability, though, so that's proof that he shouldn't not have any TA.

This is a wonderfully annoying figure to use against opponents, as long as you can get him into position adjacent to as many as possible. His ability to lower opposing attack values helps only mildly in the modern era of 10+ attacks, just don't forget that it works against all adjacent figures. There is very little offense to get out of him without resorting to special objects. I used him with the BTAS Christmas present, but the Bloodaxe would also help his damage stick to most opposing figures..but hurts his mobility even more.
