Odd-looking dial, I know, but I figured it was the least-complicated way to give Norman a stripped-down version of the Alter Ego mechanic to make him just that right amount of unpredictable.

Thunderbolts Initiative: As long as Norman Osborn is on the board, the Thunderbolts Team Ability has a range of 8 squares. American Terror: As a Free Action, you may replace Norman Osborn with a character named Green Goblin or Iron Patriot on a click of the same number.
And that's DEFINITELY our last Norman. Promise.
UPDATE: 10/25/18: Thanks, DarkBlueAnt!
UPDATED: 10/26/18 More thanks to DarkBlueAnt & DaSaul29 for making excellent points about Norman's combat prowess. I realized that he was 50 points, but had the stats of a 25-point piece. This should set things straight C:
So is the trade off that he starts on click 5, and can only be replaced with an Iron Patriot or Green Goblin on click 5 through 8? If so, that's a great idea - but you should specify Norm starts on click 5.

Thanks for the feedback! I figured it'd be simpler than creating an arbitrary Alter-Ego line. I've updated the dial appropriately!
Our first Chase is our last from Arcudi's run, and it's a doozy. He could've made an ok common Amanda Waller analogue. Considering his characters' actions and goals... I thought something that fundamentally changed the nature of the game could be fun.

Metahuman Battle Royale!: Any character can be the target of an attack as long as it is within range and line of sight. Any pieces KOed by a player count as victory points for that player.
IMHO, he's never been a stronger character than in Paul Jenkins' original graphic novel. While I like how the first Dark Avengers run explored Norman manipulating an unstable Superman-analogue, I personally feel that Bendis bastardized all that had been so poignant and beautiful about the Sentry. I also felt that the end of Siege managed to trivialize the Void, which is impressive on a whole 'nother level.
Anyway. The dial.

The Void Always Knows: When Sentry is targeted by an opposing character’s Outwit, Perplex, or Probability Control, at the beginning of your next turn, Sentry can use Charge as FREE. The Power of One Million Exploding Suns: Super-Strength. Can be paired with Hypersonic Speed.
Here's ourfinal member of the Avengers Undercover: Cammi. If you've read Avengers Arena or Avengers Undercover, you know she's the real MVP of the team, and hopefully this dial captures her big moment from the latter title.
Also, proud of this one, the Avengers Undercover team comes out to a perfect 300 C:

God Mode: If Cammi gets closer to the opponent’s side of the board, she has increases combat stats by+1 and has Hypersonic Speed, Impervious, and Perplex for the rest of the game.
Today's installment is Moonstone-Powered Baron Zemo, who is, for my money, my favorite interpretation of Zemo in Thunderbolts. Nicieza is a phenomenal writer, it is well-known, but his Zemo is impressively complex and poignant, his redemptive arc bittersweet and well-motivated.

Borderline Omniscience: Improved Targeting: Ignores Hindering Terrain and Characters. This was anticipated: Opposing characters within 8 spaces can only use Probability Control, Perplex, or Outwit as Power Actions. Folding Space and Time: When Zemo takes damage from an attack, you may place him in any starting area. Power of the Moonstones: Phasing/Teleport. If Zemo moves half his speed or less, give him an Attack Action as a Free Action. Super Senses. This was ALL anticipated: Probability Control & Outwit. Damage from Zemo ignores STOP clicks.
Our final -FINAL- piece is our last chase, Kobik. I get the sense that she's a controversial character, but I'm not sure if that's because she's a god-child, or because she's integral to a deeply controversial event.
Cosmic Cube: Kobik doesn’t count against themed teams. At the beginning of the game, select a character. That character is a Wild Card and may be assigned any number of keywords. Her Whim, Her Rules: FREE: Phasing/Teleport. A Game to Her: POWER: select two characters in range. Swap their locations. Virtually Indestructible: STOP. Invincible. Protected: Outwit, Pulse Wave. Rewriting Reality: Kobik May use Probability Control for every roll in range.
Everyone, I can't thank you enough for your time, your views, and your participation in this thread. Believe me, greater thanks are inbound.
As promised, I wanted to make a series of shoutouts!

...for ALL of your fantastic comments, suggestions, and feedback! Originally, this set was meant to be just the Thunderbolts and the Undercover Avengers, but thanks to all of you, it expanded to the Dark Avengers, the Redeemers, and the Squadron/Sinister Supreme. It also gained a few grab-bag characters to expand the flavor of the set and to cover underrepresented characters.
Big thanks too to everyone who took time out of their day to check out my dials and maybe discover some of Marvel's hidden gem characters.
I don't have another set planned for the immediate future, but if you'd like to see any of my previous work...
Please tell me wizkids is hiring you to make dials. Please. Why haven't they already?
Awww, thank you so much! That means a helluva lot to me! I’d LOVE the opportunity to work for Wizkids and design what dials I could with them!
Truthfully, I wondered if the Captain America and the Avengers set was at all inspired by this custom set. There was a greater than average use of split dials and a few deep-pull or at least demonstrably not current/classic Thunderbolts who had appeared in both sets...
Thank you so much! So happy the dial worked for you!
Truth be told, I hadn't known much about the character when I began the set, so I made a point of reading all existing Thunderbolts comics and jumped to his appearances in The Dark Avengers. Interesting guy. He and Hawkeye have such a fascinating history with the Thunderbolts!
I really like how all of your dials feel like the characters it's supposed to represent. Wizkids doesn't do as good a job as you!
OMG, thank you so much! I sincerely appreciate the kind words!
I was binge-reading any and all Thunderbolts at the time, so I might've had a leg-up there. That said, I thought Wizkids did a phenomenal job by the team in CAAV!
I'll also say, putting on my tinfoil hat for a second here, that some of the characters and designed looked vaguely familiar. If Wizkids was looking for a new intern, I'd be happy to lend a hand!
