So, when uni-mind is KO'ed, and whatever eternals are on sideline come in on their last non-KO click, if any of those are KO'ed, do you score thier points, or just the 5 points extra for 'forged in blue flame'?
In other words, you can score more than 300 pts in a 300 pt build game?

Uni-mind isn’t ko’d he is replaced by those characters. So you never actually score Uni-mind’s points instead you score the ko’d Characters points. What I’m Not sure of tho is do the cumulative points of those forged in blue flames characters keep the rule about replacement characters giving away the higher of the two point values when they are ko’d

You only score Eternals if you kill them. You don't score Uni-Mind at all unless, for some reason, you kill all the eternals he makes and their point value is less than his, in which case you score his point value instead of theirs. If all you kill is 2 eternals, all you score is 2 eternals.
All this is covered on pg. 32 of the rulebook, under "Victory Points"-
Quote
Victory Points: When one or more characters replace a character, and all of that character’s replacement characters are KO’d, score victory points equal to the point value of the replaced character, unless the total point value of the KO’d replacement character(s) is higher.
Character A is 50 points. It is replaced by character B that is 45 points. If B is KO’d, 50 victory points are scored because A had the higher point value.
Character A is 50 points. It is replaced by characters B and C that are 30 points each. If both B and C are KO’d, 60 victory points are scored. If only character B is KO’d, only 30 victory points are scored since both replacement characters were not KO’d.
