The Bombshells time period is during WWII. Zatanna was protected by Joker's daughter as part of a cabaret to entertain Nazi's. Constantine as a bunny, was part of her act. Had he not have been a bunny, the Nazi's would have killed him.

If you are playing the Bombshell Zatanna that can spawn this BST, you probably should spawn him as soon as Zatanna is close enough to the action. As a tiny figure, other figures can see "over" it, so it shouldn't block lines-of-fire from Zatanna if she just spawned it. I personally don't count on any offense from the Bombshell Zatanna, but if for some mathematical reason you need an improved attack value instead of an extra probability control feel free to reattach him.
