Does anyone know of figures, like WK Dr. Strange, that can send opponents back to their starting area? Any thoughts would be awesome.

Morphing Jar sends everyone to the other starting area.

Situational but The Trooper, from the Iron Maiden set, has a special power:

TO TAME A LAND: Once per game, when The Trooper has one action token and occupies an opponent's starting area, give The Trooper a power action. Place up to 150 points of opposing character(s) into any one starting area.

Zeus from the Mighty Thor sends people back to HIS starting area, not their own...
