Agency X is a really underrated keyword right now, mostly due to the amazing support pieces it has like this one. Won't be underrated for long though, as soon as people start realizing you can have a 13 attack 7 damage Deadpool with 2 secondary attackers for under 400 points (and most importantly with NO resources!)

Lets say that your opponent had two characters that were the same point value and that point value was the highest and you used Bill's attack special how would that work? Would you get to pick between the two or not be able to use it all or be able to see both?

The word "choose" is right there in the power. :P

so with the red hood ata would it mean that aslong as the outlaws stayed within line of fire if the opponent chose the highest point character on their team as the target for bill's ability they couldnt make that attack because the outlaws are still within line of fire just that the ATA prevents you from drawing that line of fire?:ermm:

Red Hood ATA wouldn't have any impact on this as this power says you don't need LOF so you're really not drawing LOF anyway... Bill's power would essentially bypass the ATA. ;)

The Professor Prime's power about him not being able to be targeted, would Bill's power go through that?

No, Bill says nothing about circumventing the requirement of targeting. Only line of fire.

WIN/LOSS: 1-2 Bill is an interesting support figure designed to support a long range sniper. Once he parks, his power action to allow a friendly to blast away. Outwit,Hydra, and his ignore LoF power provide good support even in 2019.
