See title. There are a bunch of ways to give a given character Improved Targeting: Ignores Hindering (and/or to disable opposing Stealth). Who's got a way to give their sniper buddy IT: Characters?

I know there were a few back in 2013-14ish who granted Sharpshooter (Deadpool SR Kingpin, IM3 Killian), but are there any in Modern who do similar?

I'm a stickler because well, I'm me. But also, there is baggage that comes with "ignoring" something that is solved by the current PAC definition. So, sooner everyone uses it the better (plus it might encourage people to use the correct terminology in general, which helps everyone).
