Pulse wave single target among others?

Can I chose to pulse wave a single target if other characters are within line of fire and within range? All opposing.

No. Pulsewave states that your target ALL characters within range and line of fire for that attack. You could use barrier to your advantage of the situation allows for it.

This is correct. You can also use Perplex to lower the PWer's range for a smaller area of effect... probably the only time you'd ever want to Perplex down anything on your team. Lol!

I like use Barrier to isolate target, but it can be tricky, especially with the IMO silly restriction dis-allowing a Barrier marker being placed in Hindering or Water.....
