I like the compromise of the design: Combining the durability and essence of "Ha Ha" Joker (jw060) with the unpredictability of the character as portrayed in the comics.

wow. es/d paired with pc, with the added effect of only taking a maximum of 2 damage is definetly worth it. love the fact that he does +3 damage with doubles. just got to make sure it hits, but pc should help. i guess giving him mm would make him too strong of a piece, oh well. he may take the place of my title character joker whom ive enjoyed playing
He delivers good board control for 75 points with his Trait, Probability Control, and Perplex. He also has some good surprise damage capabilities with his attack SP and Exploit Weakness. What most impresses me though is how much I feel like I'm playing The Joker. The chaos he causes, and the fact that just when you think you've got him, he spawns a bomb and gets away, then comes back later at full strength unless you play his twisted game. A++ on this one Wizkids.
Tried him out for the first time last night. It was in a more casual event but this guy is already looking like he’s going to be one of my favorite figures long term. I’ll have to find ways to optimize this Joker but it’ll be interesting.
No. Modifying his damage value has nothing to do with the damage dealt by Energy Explosions. Some things can affect the damage of things like EE, Quake, etc., but only if they modify "damage dealt." Critically hitting does modify damage dealt, so they'll take 3, but no more than that.
