Going through my unfinished map projects and came across this one...
I forgot how much season 2 of Flash killed my love of that show. Really disappointing. I was SO into the first.
Anyways going to retool this into a more generic particle accelerator location now. The Flash element just doesn't hold any appeal anymore.
I enjoyed second season until the final episode(s) where Barry goes back in time and decides to save his mother. All of the character growth that he did in the first season was just thrown out of the window for a Flashpoint reference. Ugh.
That said, this is a gorgeous map if not just a hair dark, but it looks like you're addressing that through lighting effects that you're adding to the terrain elements.

Yeah lighting is as much a separate element as creating objects in my 3d software.
I don't like multiverses unless that is your genre focus. So season two was already straining from the get go, but to top it off Zoom was such a hallow boring stereotype compared to Wells/reverse flash... The moment zoom broke Barry's back I literally just stopped watching. It was just too dumb and consequence free (as of course the flash will get his legs back next ep)

I didn't mind the alternate universe angle because the Earth 2 Wells was a lot of fun, but I didn't even remember Barry getting his back broken, so that should tell you a lot about how much of an impact that plot point made on me.
Like I said, the resolution to everything made me so mad, it colored my perception going into season 3, and season 3 was bad in ways that make season 2 look like Shakespeare.

LOL glad I quit with 2 then. As it mad me so mad.
I thought they'd done a fantastic job in season 1 boiling the Flash down to his best bits. Super fast guy who fights a fun weird gallery of rogues. Season 1 sets up/origins all the Rogues. End of season they break out, giving us a reset for them to fight now all knowing each other, giving a chance for variation and raised stakes/tension...
NOPE forget that. Time to reintroduce all the junk that kept me out of Flash comics. The alternate universe time travel stuff with rules that make NO sense, and are changed/contradicted mid-story.
