Hi there!

At the moment I am playing SWD (casual -- the venue near me is all humorless people prepping for high-level tournaments) a lot more than HeroClix. I am still having a great time building decks and trying 'em out. I tend to do best with shoot-'em-up bad-guy red teams, but there is a lot of mix-and-match flexibility.

As of 4/8/19, FFG put out a new Holocron with significant character cost adjustments in the Infinite (all releases) format. These are generally very good changes -- mainly downward revisions that will encourage some rarely-used older characters (Finn, Ackbar) to hit the table more often:

Yesterday we played with some recosted characters as noted above, and it went really well.

eLuminara at 14 is now a very viable team foundation. I paired her with an Outer Rim Smuggler and Rebel Trooper, and got some very timely resource- and card-killing out of Luminara's special as well as significant damage. I also generated enough resources to have some serious spaceship supports in each game. I went 3-1 against Palp/eBala-Tik and Palp/Mother Talzin/Stolen Intel teams.
