Its kinda neat that they gave k'mpec the ability to give all klingons improved targeting. This is a clear dig at the Romulan team(Stealth TA) which falls in line with what happened on the show. He's one of those figures that can be devastating to your opponent or meh, depending on what you play against. For only 60 points he gives you quite a bit including indom and PC.
