Love the work you've made on the map so far. This is a suggestion for adding flavor/special map rules to the map when you're done.
Like other parts of the Enterprise-D, Isolation doors were installed in Main Engineering (Going off Memory Alpha here):
"An isolation door was a special reinforced door designed to separate a hazardous area from the rest of a starship or space station. Isolation doors were often employed in main engineering, specifically to seal off the warp core and dangerous antimatter reactants in the event of a warp core breach or loss of antimatter containment."
I think the doors would have been installed right before that blue carpeting is, I'm not sure though. THIS has a picture of it.
Again, it's totally up to you - and if there should be consequences for rupturing the warp core.
"You're not alone, you know. What you were, and what you are to become, will always be with you."

I was getting to doors eventually
With the emergency doors we'll have to see how easy or hard they are to draw in from a map POV is the only issue. Things on roofs are nearly impossible to illustrate on a map coherently without adding confusion. I'll see how it looks set in the floor perhaps
I am wowed by this. It's an amazing amount of work, and I'm exceptionally impressed with the end result. When the TNG sets drop with no maps, it's going to be so painful.

When it comes to Superman and Batman, Grant Morrison is nothing but a 50's cover band in a 70's psychedelic funk style.
