Are you 100% sure? because last time I searched in the official Q&A page it said Bebop & Rocksteady grants mind control to friendly characters.

It is quite old so they may have changed it, so I would like some confirmation.

Apologies, I forgot that this ruling was about Pizza Face's Special Mind Control. I remembered incorrectly that WizKids did rule that they grant Mind Control to characters that match the trait.
