I was looking at V Batgirl's dial, and had a question about her perplex and outwit being next to each other.

My understanding, is that if she had a token on her perplex click, she would be able to perplex someone, then push to get to her outwit click, then also outwit something. I believe the perplex effect would still stand - is this true?
