I've been trying for the last half-hour to find a clip from the Invader Zim Christmas special of him dancing around saying, "I am Santa, I am Santa" for my claim, but I can't find one
But I am. Santa, that is.

So, I'm guessing power cop? Because TSP and Iggy weren't on the Naughty list.
To be fair it's fairly common for scum to try to fake claim as misdirectors too.
This was my first thought. I have played games in this format before, it's just been a while. I remember "misdirector" being a go-to scum claim because it's one of those ambiguous roles that can go either way.

It's fairly common for there to be both Town and Mafia misdirectors, actually.
To answer Jack's question, I get a town read on Destructo and scum from Quebbs, Roy and Darkstone. All just first impressions though, nothing I can put my finger on.

@adamical, could you substantiate any of these reads at this time? Even if you're having trouble putting your finger on it, could you at least highlight the posts that gave you these uneasy feelings?
What? So you're saying that because I didn't fail, I'm scum? Did you use a power that caused all town members to fail or something?
I do not like this post. It appears that RenegadeRoy was just applying token pressure, but Destructo responds as if Roy may have a legitimate reason to suspect him or negate his previous claim (bolded).
I also count three incredulous questions in response to this token pressure.
Then he recovers in the following post:

That should have been in the above post...
Also the fact that I didn't even target either dead players!
But to me this looks like a player who realized he just scum slipped and needed to cover his tracks. Thoughts?

How much stock should we put in a claim like this, Native HeroClickers? Is it likely that Silver Lantern genuinely caught Grinner red handed and decided to go public on Day 2?

I obviously can't speak for adamical, but it makes sense for regular HCR play style. He lists the people he's suspicious of, but puts his vote on another suspicious person to add pressure for said person to claim. Since we normally play with majority vote, most folks won't claim until the votes against them are over half of majority (say 9 votes are needed to lynch someone, many folks won't claim until there are at least 5 votes on them).

Again, I can't speak for SL, but I can speak for HCR play style. If he thought he caught me red-handed there is very little reason he wouldn't out said information Day 2, especially if he thought it would eliminate a kill.
