1: The Phantom Virus: I love a lot of things about this dial. Making him a Title Character was a bold move: I know from experience how hard those dials can be to make. Giving him the Star Trek Captain ability fits him perfectly, given how he summoned classic Scooby monsters in his movie. The KO effect involving Mystery Cards is great.
2: Nine-Eyed Man: This is a really strange dial, and it's a testament of skill that it feels playable despite the combat values. And yet, the dial doesn't feel cluttered and is easy to get your head around. Really impressive work here
3: Venom: A straightforward but really nice Venom dial. The Regeneration effect is a lot of fun. It fits Venom perfectly and is even better for not being optional
HM: Legion: I love the way this thing works. It feels like a Heroclix version of Myr Battlesphere. There's a lot of concepts working at once, and they come together to make a terrifying figure.

That's very generous of you. Thank you. And also thanks to the others that voted for me.

Terrifying... yeah that's a good adjective for Castlevania. Thanks
Woops, forgot to vote last round, been a hectic pair of weeks. Had to make that Security Officer dial across minute spurts of free time in a day. Probably full of holes, haha.
1. TheQuestion - Legion (Imagery definitely appeals to my inner Hellraiser fan)
2. NoName - Rocket Rhino (You've consistently knocked these kiddie dials out of the park, a real multi-month personal theme. Respect)
3. ComicJunkie - Cayde-6 (How could I not vote for a Bungie dial, haha. Dial is worthy of the spot too, of course)
HM - brennan4 - Batman (Actually really liked this arc. A good representation of who the character was at that time.)
HM - Oathful - Boromir (Simple, useful, effective.)
No-Name - Rocket Rhino
As a Rhino enjoyer, I've been laughing over these dials all month. This one seems the most balanced for the points, so I finally get to give you an official backslap. Very fun stuff.
Oathful - Boromir
Arguably your best fulfillment of the month-long amateur theme, as a true hero really ought to know better than to try and use The Ring. Just like in the story, his flaw makes him weak, but you really don't want to see him KO'd, and when it happens, your team is (hopefully) primed to make the opponent pay.
ComicJunkie - Cayde-6
The rest of the dial is good, but I really like the Sundance respawn point mechanic. Though the thought of him getting the Ace of Spades at no cost is less than appealing, given his already excellent stats for his cost.
Honorable Mention: brennan4 - Batman
I like your 'bring in another Batman' mechanic better than the official one, since yours only heals weaker replacements. Also, concerning the Bat-Blimp, you can specify that a dial is a 2x2 in the dial generator (and wouldn't hurt either). He's landing here because I tend to prioritize unmade characters over well-trod choices, but it's a very good dial nonetheless.
Thanks for your kind words about the Batman dial. I was actually thinking about asking around if I should change it before posting it in my Detective Comics set, given how similar it is to Mermaid Batman. Sounds like I'm fine keeping it the way it is. I see your point about the belonging on the Bat-Blimp, that was a genuine oversight.
In general I'm really pleased that people have had so many kind words about the Zero Year dials. This was a really good week for submissions, the competition was really top notch.
