I'm all about numbers and a 10 attack to ME is MINIMUM. At 200 points, she is your main piece in most games, and against the cheaper U Flash, The close enough KC GL or even Ares, you aren't hitting squat. Heck, the V Mandarin has a better chance to hit and not be hit.
I think she stinks and would gladly face her and consider her to be free points.
Quick question on dual targets.
If she targets say U Thor and V Blink...does she assign damage before or after they roll for SS and imperv?
I believe/imagine that SS rolls first, then you assign, then Imperv rolls since Imperv rolls off damage, not the attack like SS does.

She is pretty, but I don't I would use her in Tourney play. Stealth would be her bane, and a Stealthy psychic blaster (Rasputin, or Dagger through wildcarding) would kill Nova without much issue.
As many have said, she is no Thor.
I don't have to take this abuse from you, I've got hundreds of people dying to abuse me.

You are correct. Super Senses allows a character to evade the entire attack, meaning a successful hit can be turned into an unsuccessful hit. In that case, you could assign all damage to Thor who then rolls for Impervious.
On the original note, who thinks she is actually good? She's sorta more playable than the Surfer, and it's funny how she has no toughness on her second to last, then Toughness....guess the other way around was more than 200 points :-)

Imperv. for the first defensive click, then three of Inv., and then Toughness down the line (with the exception of the second to last click...which is blank).
I think it's the team ability that makes her un-Outwittable and gives her never-ending Willpower combined with the effectively 16-square ranged attack with two targets and five damage that makes her good.
It's just going to be a problem keeping her on that first 'good' click.

A guy with a 10 range, 5 damage, and an attack higher than most peoples sheilds is a real sitting duck.

I think the problem is when she comes off the first two clix her attack is at 9, a 16 defense with inv., and 3 damage won't exactly be something to fear.

Until Legacy is released, Thor is, and will be the ultimate target of Outwit. Given the feat card, Fortitude, his cost will rocket up to 211. But this isn't about Thor, and him getting Outwitted, no, this is about Nova, and her ability to avoid getting Outwitted as well with her Power Cosmic Team Ability. The only thing getting past that is Psychic Blast and Exploit Weakness.
First of all, Fortitude ignores Exploit weakness. Nova does not pose a threat to Thor's dominance. Her damage drops too fast, as does her attack--esp[ecially considering her attach starts much lower than Thor's.
Also, I'd argue that Thor is 'the ultimate target of outwit'. Thor has two powers--damage reducers and RS. Figures that pose a multi-layered threat (such as Magog or KC Supes) will always be a higher target since they have more options available. They are the target of outwit in both defensive and offensive strategies.
Thor for 211 points is still better than Nova for 200.

Edit: My POV is that Thor is NOT the ultimate target of outwit. It won't let me edit the post, even within 2 seconds of it being posted. I take it that's because of the forum it's in?

I was refering to Thor and I forgot to mention the fact he is invulnerable and can see thru things at a 10 range. He also gains charge at the end which gives him the ability to move and attack at the same time with 5 damage. So I'm wondering how he's a sitting duck with all of these tools.
