Technically, that's not correct. Characters with Super Strength gets +2 to their damage value when they attack a wall, an object or blocking terrain.

LE Ultron-13 *still* can't break a wall without an object on his 3rd click, despite having Super Strength!

True enough. +2 will usually get it done, but Ultron-13 is one of those exceptions. Of course, you toss in the new perplex rules or something like Outsiders or Danger's SP and you could have other situations where a SS couldn't break a wall.

Well, J.R., I certainly want to acknowledge your patience, but don't want to see it go unrewarded. LWB hasn't posted a turn in a week now, and you guys are about four days away from a rolloff, since no one is KO'd. Feel free to ask for a sub at this point.
