Unless of course the Batman in particular is just some nut case at a comic con whose waist line is over 70 inch and he gets out of breath just from using the elevator.

I like both.

I give it to Daredevil with no prior knowledge of each other because the chances of Batman stumbling upon the hearing thing is small. Of course for every fight thereafter it'd be Batman.
