I am editing the above turn - Starfire would hit MM&Obie, since they would not get hindering terrain. They are, per their attack, in M14/N14, but my map link showed them in M15/N15, which would have given them HT bonus and caused IMiD's miss. That's the only change in the turn, but I wanted to post why I was editting.
