There are a lot of kits on the site. You have to scroll down. The $50 one is near the bottom.
Say my store gets this kit, where can we find out who is hosting the higher level qualifiers so the winner can attend? Or will it only be leading up to Dragon Con?
The SQ does have to approve the Feeder, then, correct?
Semi-hypothetical situation:
Venue A has banned Jack; he is forbidden to join their events.
Venue A is running a SQ.
Venue B plans a Feeder for Venue A's SQ.
Is Venue A responsible for sharing their list of banned players with Venue B?
If so, must Venue B ban Jack from the Feeder?
Bonus 1: What if Venue A doesn't know Jack's full name?
Bonus 2: What if Jack gets banned between the Feeder and the event?
--
Okay, one more situation, with two parts:
Venue B is planning a Feeder for Venue A's SQ.
Part One: When does Venue B need to pay Venue A the admission fee for their winner?
Part Two: Venue B's winner does not show up for the SQ. Does Venue B still need to pay for the slot?
Hm, leads me to another situation...
--
Venue B has coordinated their Feeder with Venue A. Jimmy will not be attending the SQ, but plays in the Feeder and wins.
Are the entry and bye transferrable?
If so, how does that transfer need to be communicated to Venue A?

First if a player were banned from somewhere I think he would know that beforehand therefore would be his obligation to bring that subject up. If he is banned from a place I am also sure that there would be good reason behind and therefore we may not want him playing in ROC anyway. Since this is all hypothetical I will say we will cross that bridge when and if it occurs. I do think a refund of $25 would be entitled to the Campaign Event if that campaign event had pre paid for the entry already.
Campaigns are attached to specific SQ's. It is the SQ host and the Campaign Event's host responsibility to work out how to send and receive payment. This would also include refunds if any. As stated the Campaign Events should be listed in the ROC Forum Event Section in the SQ's Event description. Results from campaign events should be posted there in the SQ's tournament thread. To see an example of this please visit the ROC forum and look at the Majestix 1k event that was recently held.
No the Campaign Events are not transferable to another SQ.
I also want to point out that the Campaign Event is meant as a tool for venues to work together and create community however it is also intended for use by the SQ to run its own Campaign Events to help create excitement and boost attendance for said SQ. An example of the latter is Keizer Oregon. Go to the ROC Event forums and see how these guys are getting it done!

Here is a link with approved Super Qualifiers listed along with the scheduled dates, Matt.
I'll be hosting a Super Qualifier locally at MGA Con on March 15th. If you'd like to host a feeder ever at your venue or Roberts (or both), get with me via PM or phone and we can discuss it.

Campaigns can be attached to any SQ in your area. Dragon*Con is also holding a SQ so it is possible to attach a Campaign Event to it.
Here is a current list of approved SQ's: http://www.hcrealms.com/forum/showpo...74&postcount=3 We will continue to update the ROC page and eventually this link will be there. Please also peruse the tournament event section from time to time in ROC forums.

I didn't explain my point clearly. I apologize.
Venue B has coordinated their Feeder with Venue A. Jimmy plays in the Feeder and wins. Jimmy will not be attending the SQ.
Can Jimmy's pass and first-round bye be transferred to another player for the same event?
Based on the MaxPoints precedent, Jimmy should be able to turn over his pass and bye to anyone he wants. But this assumes that, like MaxPoints, there is a physical token which grants the bearer the free admission and first-round bye. I don't want to assume that's the case.
Does anyone know if ROC is lobbying venues to hold a super-qualifier. It would be cool to have one in Washington State. The venues I play at don't have enough players to warrant a super qualifier, but I know there are a lot of clix players in the puget sound area.

Okay that is whole other animal. . This does not work like max points so no it isn't the winners to just give to anyone. That being said though I have no problem in defaulting to 2nd, 3rd, 4th place so that the store is represented at the SQ and the SQ receives the entry fee. We had started implementing a rule like this that we had in place specifically for travel vouchers and badges. We scrapped those and therefore scrapped the rule. I will have Terry look at this and perhaps we will re-install the rule. Terry will reply here for a final answer. Thanks for the good question.

No one from ROC is lobbying Washington state. Contact your venue and tell them about ROC! If you pm me some stores and phone numbers that might be interested I can pass that to someone who will contact them.
