I am shocked by the chair hate! I think they are legit and they fit with the whole "do my bidding" power set. Give me a Namor, Rat King, Hades, Daredevil brawl in the Ikea match any day!

My wallet just got emptied out. Daredevil is my favorite marvel character and I need this guy real bad because of it.

Other than his trait and possibly Leadership, his power set is all about getting in your face and cutting off your limbs himself. Hard to do from a recliner.

Chairs make for cool display pieces. They look lame in the middle of combat though, when your character is pushing this big immobile chair all over the place just so he can fight.

But think about it. Dragging that chair along and STILL kicking all that butt? Doesn't that just make them that much more awesome?

I know he's Chairdevil but I'm not digging the lack of any Improved Movement.

But yeah, as much as I like Chairdevil as a display piece, I like the original Shadowland sculpt better as a combat sculpt. One of the quirks of playing a miniatures game sculpted by a company that sells display figures. Jest aside, the COMPLETE lack of IM even through L/C access is slightly vexing. I'm willing to deal with that for 80 points of offensive brutality, though, especially since even grounded Hand Ninjas will be able to be lug this guy around under the new Carry rules

Heck, it was the storyline that got Daredevil to drop the title...
