At SJC I saw more than one person with Blade Knights (and I saw its effect go off) as well as more than one person teching trample (there was a lot going on in the top 8 if you saw). Funny, at the END of the format people suddenly decide to run AGAINST the tide instead of with it.
Skelengels are weak; good fix. I'd say run Spirit Reaper over Don for the staying power (although it does have incredible rare potential with Creature Swap). I'd say that all you have to worry about is big monsters (Jinzo in particular because he can make your DDV wasted space next to the rest of your traps) so you may want to consider another Smashing Ground or a Brain Control but you've got no tributes. I'd say side a Smashing.
I was actually thinking about taking out the two copies of Don Zaloog for Spirit Reaper just like you are suggesting. I haven't completely decided on it yet, but I think it's probably a good idea. I can't believe I only have two Spirit Reapers right now.
I'm still debating on whether or not I want to run Exarion Universe instead of Dekoichi. It's really tempting and I think I might have to try it out. Wow if I do that this deck will have 3 monsters with an 1800 attack, when was the last time something like that happened? Ah the good old days of beatdown when Gemini Elf was king. Whatever happened to those simple times?
So I've changed the deck once again, ever so slightly, to help better abuse the Dark World monsters and Graceful Charity. I'm not sure if I should consider adding in a copy of Sillva or not, but I think 5 special summon only monsters might be too much.
