That sounds really kewl. Why do you get blasted? Would it have arty pogs?
The Catapult and the Bowman are 2 of my fave Mechs from MechCommander2 and MechAssault to play. And I think that both the BR and SW Catapults look great.

I have wondered why the SSw got 2 and the DF only 1?
1 unique and 2 LE's. It's due for a non version.
I like this sculpt too even though it's alot different than the original artwork so I've been told.
I used to play Abeda Measho religiously for a long time.

I mentioned DF getting 2 panthers b/c if you were facing Combine Units, you'd most likely be facing off against a panther (or 4...) DF SHOULD get 2 panthers, much like SW got 2 of the Cav BA...

I got blasted because I suggested the DF Catapult be 14" range. Every time a person suggest anything DF have 14" range, they get slammed by other players.

It's a DF faction weakness. Without it they would be just like everyone else. At the least, if they do get a 14" range unit it should be overpriced to show that it isn't something their faction normally gets.

If everyone had long range ballistic attacks it kicks the HL, SS and SW off their specialty (I believe those are the factions that generally have long range ballistic attacks) since everyone else would have what they have.

Admittedly, the DF can already field 14" range units, just not from their faction.

Thors would be great as another non-unique Heavy. Great looking mech. I wouldn't mind seeing the Vulture and Zeus return as non-uniques too.

WELL DF has 2(technically 3) 14"+ range units...The LE Harburk, the LE JessII, and Viki Drexil (albeit, the 14"+ comes from artillery range) I don't think it would be too out-of-whack to see a DF Catapult w/ a 14" range...

But seriously, all I need is just one more 14" range unit for the DF and then I can have a firing formation. Granted, not the best or most well matched, but still, A FOURTEEN INCH DF FIRING FORMATION!!!

Sigh..... I guess I'll have to wait until the folks over at Wizkids decide to take pity on us and in a rare moment of giddy abandon give us an unique Atlas with 14 range.

Another Tundra Wolf would be nice as well.
