I never had a problem with VSed or MWS but i love each as what they really are for.

sorry, but it crashes, and i installed it correctly...also there is plenty of threads in this very forum about it crashing..so i guess i'm not alone. as for mws..i like the convenience of just joining a server and seeing what games are open so i can jump right in, it's oh so easy. don't have to install the lameness/virus that is an instant messenger, don't have to track people down, don't have to join a chat program just to try and find people to play, just join a server..and go. also you take a look at the options screens in octgn and tell me you don't need a degree in rocket science to figure out what's going on. there's a reason noone uses octgn for any other ccg's.

99% of the issues in those threads are solved by correcting whatever step the person missed in installation.

Every software program crashes every once in a while. EVERY one.

Stop spreading FUD.

oh you mean "never" except for when it does. nice point. i don't mind vsed it's a fine program when it works, it's basically designed nice & simple just like mws. the problem is mws already has a vsed built in, and centralized servers are way smoother & nicer than hunt & peck aim b.s.

w/e nubcakes. I don't see the point of coming onto someone's site and then telling everyone not to use the program provided by said site and then bashing it saying it crashes all the time. Ya sure it crashes, if people don't have .NET set up or whatever. And I will admit I have been unable to help maybe two people get it working since I first released it.

But that's because of some unknown factors specific to their PC's. That happens. It just does. If you don't agree then, ya, you're a nubcake.

That being said. Why can't you get it to work? I'll help big mouth nubcakes too :laugh:

WEll from experience, I love vsed. Its much better at making decks than MWS. I got MWS for the MHG patch. The user face for the acual game is ok. I like how you connect to people, But i like how octgn handles the matches then MWS.

Same here. I tried MWS and Vsed imho is better for deckmaking and card searches. And MWS doesn't really have a "Vsed" built in. There is still a separate application to sort cards/decks from were you actually play the game.

All i know is you got Eek all riled up... and i haven't seen him all riled up. I live within 50 miles, so please don't make him explode. I think i am well within the range of critical mass if he goes all ape #### and decide to go on a killing spree.

VSed has only ever crashed once for me (ive been using it since it's initial release) and that occasion was when I tried to build a 61 card deck with it. All of a sudden an error message popped up saying:

It then blew up and refused to function unless I had eaten nothing for 24 hours before operation.

stupid flawed software.

Actually I think VSed will crash if you try to build a 200 card deck. ;)
