Anyone know when the hearalds patch is going to be out or about how long it generally takes for new patches to be released?

the standard has always been that it will be released when the set goes on sale.......

I'd give it a week or so after street date before asking seriously about it.

It might have changed, but according to UDE on this thread it is the 6th.

why don't people just use mws...it's a better program and the patch has been out for a week now.

well considering it's actually easy to use...and you don't need a degree in rocket science...and patches come out in a timely fashion...and it never crashes (unlike vsed)...i would say it is.

Vsed has never crashed even once on me, and I have a 3 year old computer and have run several different Vsed versions. Octgn has never given me any problems either. However I have never tried MWS, and am not too keen on learning a new program. Also, whenever I try to look for the MWS Vs files, they never seem to be in a consistent reliable place.

Don't let this taunt go unchallenged...maybe we can get the Vsed and Octgn one sooner now :laugh:

O.K. so reverse psychology might not work in this case. I'd rather wait and play it safe that I know where to find Octgn every time anyway.

We don't release it until street date out of respect for UDE. I am actually done with VSed. Thanks.

VSed never crashes. It only crashes if you didn't follow the instructions. :cool:
