They would be terrified of him and his playsets of flying kicks/ one-two punch's.
I played Chuck once. He was running an Insanity deck. He killed me with a triple-Savaged Alfred. Then he powered up to avoid the stun. The man is a god.
So, if i go back through my old posts and necro the thread where the
Signal Device was first described You'll eat one on youtube, Erick?
You really wanna take that kind of challenge? I don't mind getting called out, you're one of the best at trying, even when I shut ya down and supply the proof, you'll never stop trying. You make me a better person for it. Like those annoying ### teachers in high school always wanting you to try harder...or were those the drug pushers trying to get people to try their stuf? Either way, let me know if you are down for something fun like that, ok?
I didn't invent bread. Nor the slicing of, nor anything remotely original to do with bread. In fact, I rarely eat bread. I'm interested in cutting out a few lbs so the NEXT time I'm pictured in anything, I'd like to not look like a fat guy so much. :)
I think what he meant was that even if you came up with that idea, it doesn't necessarily mean that UDE specifically picked that one. I have made fantasy cards, a lot of them. I made a card called Helmet, with Magneto's helmet as the picture, and with Juggernaut and Magneto mentioned on the card, that stopped people from targeting the character. I don't think I deserve a job at UDE because they made Juggernaut's Helmet and it stops targeting. I had a Spider-Friends card that decreased an opponent's character's ATK value. I had a 6-drop Wolverine that got a bonus from being with Spidey. I'm also not saying that UDE made these cards because they saw mine.
If you do want a job there, then I actually agree with Erick and apply for a job. If you really want something like that, then by all means, go for it. Just realize that they don't necessarily need you, which means that you might have to do things differently (like move) if you want a job.
I'll take a moment to respond to some of the people suggesting that a single instance does not a pattern make.
UDE has utilized much more than one of my "suggestions". What were the circumstances that lead to VS EAs in the point store? Where did the suggestion for Point Store exclusives get mentioned months prior to any kind of announcement about them? I could go on.
I don't claim clairvoyance at the moment, nor that all of my ideas have been used by UDE. I do however feel that the amount of passion I have for this game is matched rarely by any and that my knowledge of gaming in general make me a valuable resource for a gaming company.
That said, I'm not campainging for a job with UDE at this time. This thread was brought up by someone else, and when my original statements were challenged, I resorted to offering evidence that some members.
My suggestions for cards that we had no other version of at that time did eventually find homes in the game. Multiple versions of that concept, actually. Some will say there's no way to know whether or not they developed the ideas on their own or if they were influenced by my actions.
All that provides is further reinforcement of the fact that my thinking in many ways parallels that of the designers and promoters of the game.
Or that I'm clairvoyant.
Or that i have a spy inside of UDE already feeding me information.
Or that I have a time machine.
Have fun trying to argue debate or decide or debunk whichever theory you want.

Heh... you first... you still never finished the Flametrap challenge... you just went all immature and said "I don't need to discuss this with you anymore because I know I'm right". If you're such a man... why did you run away? This is where you last left it:
T: I didn't run more copies of Flametrap because Overload was much better against rush.
E: Uhh... no... Overload was banned at the time you posted that deck.
T: I meant to say System Failure.
E: Uhh... no again... System Failure hadn't been printed yet.
T: I don't need to prove myself...
Yeah... you shut me down good on that one. My sig is living proof of how awesome tchalla-theory is.

When you shut me down... still has yet to happen.
I don't care how many threads you necro... it doesn't mean that UDE is just listening to you... as Pi pointed out, do you know how many other people post suggestions that UDE just happened to use? Do you actually think you were the first and only person who suggested using the Points Store for EAs? Get a grip. Should we thank you for the Elite Series and the World Champs too?

I hope so... but your last few posts don't seem to indicate that. I don't think a single person here thinks that any UDE policy that has been enacted is directly correlated to you but I could be wrong. You have had some valid points... but that doesn't mean that is absolute proof that UDE has to hire you... you still don't understand the whole "both players are responsible for the game state" idea behind the Penalty Guidelines.

Don't just sing it... bring it. And don't run away or stick your fingers in your ears this time.

I'm pretty sure that passion isn't enough... experience in actual R&D and Organized Play planning probably counts for something. And I can probably name several people just on VSRealms who have more passion for VS than you have... how many times did you want to quit and sell your cards?
Look... I have nothing against you as a person... but I don't think I'm the only one who grows tired of your proselytizing of the tchalla way. If you want to continue to live in your belief that you are the one who has all the answers for VS that's fine... but don't lay your claim and turn your back. I know I've been accused of being "preachy" but at least I'll discuss my opinion and not resort to "I'm putting you on my Persons to Ignore list".
Never finished the flame trap challenge? Erick, how many times do I need to do this? Will one more be enough? I'll go necro the thread and then you can eat a flametrap on youtube for everyone to see, too, ok?

So the thread you necro'd... it showed you didn't respond to my last post... you got served and had no answer... so yeah... you didn't finish the Flametrap challenge.
And you don't have to keep necroing things... it just makes you look bad... just address this part of my post because you keep conveniently skipping things:

Just my sig alone owns you so badly... and it will stay there until you address it.
