Muir Island Recovers Xorn who pays to recover Prof X who pays to draw a card to replace the discard of Muir. Wolvie recovers for free. Choose Colossus to recover as normal recovery. Everyone gets counters. I don't bother running 7 or higher because I can usually win by 6. If not I recover Colossus with xorn and pay to make him the size of a 7 drop.
The biggest problem (if you can call it a problem) I run in to with the deck is that my characters often get so big they don't stun and thus prevent me from recovering them to get any bigger.
Maybe some PT's that lower def and raise attack.
That's the core of my Immortal X-Men deck. Havok can be fun on 4 too.
I'd recommend skipping Xorn on 3 unless you're going for "Havok-Abuse". Run Wolverine, Logan there instead and keep the Healing Factors in. On 5, run Magik over Wolverine. Come turn 6, you should be using Muir Island to recover Prof X and using Magik to recover Colossus so he can pick up his counters (I hear two "7-drops" are pretty good).
this deck is cool and could go a lot of different ways.
If you go the weenie route then dominio/cable is the way to go for auto recovery. Angel of mercy is good also.
If you want to curve upwards then any recovery based x-men deck should have xorn. As for the 4 drop you could either go prof-x or havok so would suggest running both since different match ups may call for different plays. The turn 5 play could either be magik or the wolverine that auto recovers. 6 i collosus

Bishop Searches out X-Men Assemble
Forge is the backup to bishop and serves as card draw
Xorn is a Recovery Monster. Point Guard of the Deck.
Sage Works as tech in the deck.
Havok is the key to the deck. Stuns the board and grows stronger. Also can stun your own guys to make them grow if necessary
Nightcrawler is amazing weenie tech
Wolverine at 5 for auto-recovery/growth
Magik is wonderful because she recover for both players thus more targets for Havok. She is also very helpful because she is concealed optional
Colossus grows to beastly sizes.
Mimic is text and can be searched out w/ Bishop.
Professor X exhausts for the burn on off initiative
X-Men retrieves the cards on our heavily discarded hand.
There is something i Want to try but dont know where to start:

Using Morlocks Evasion characters and X men assemble to get big little drop ( I mean really big little drops) I know i want an Evading 2 drop and Tommy, not sure where else, i think Zorn and then Hump, then Into Wolverine and perhaps Collosus. That like All physical Mutants so i could fit in some other stuff too perhaps Thoughts?
I forgot about the Morlocks. Great idea. This could get huge...hmm.. I just played a game against Kingfish and am making the following adjustments
-2 Wolverine
+2 Magik
-2 Colossus
+2 Mimic

I also think that Wolverine, Bub is a very strong choice... any other ideas. i will prob make a swarm later tonight. Where do you think i should curve off at. Silver Age only
I was thinking of using a team-up with the Morlock and X-men to get the evasion abuse and make your character get Counter as you Evade.My opinion is to create the deck viable on one character getting the Counter. Like Marrow, she would get the benefit of the Stun character and if you want you can Evade her and then play Children of the Atom. You can put the Ego Gem and Mind Gem draw into those X-men Assemble.
You could use the AoA Blink-5 at that slot with Rebirth(s). At the end of combat, remove Blink from play and recover someone. Return her back to play and exhaust to Rebirth to recover all the guys with lesser cost next to her.
I was talking about Wolverine the Best at what he does.
It just seems logical, he has low def so he gets stunned easy and auto recovers for more counters.
Yea but I think I like Magik at the 5 spot because she recovers for both me and my opponent and allows me to choose who to recover. This is more bait for Havok. Plus she is concealed which helps.
