The ring is there because it's a permanent +2 pump on XS.
Wildfire has a base ATK of 8, which is why I picked him over Saturn Girl, as they basically do the same thing at different times. Also, Saturn Girl's cost can't always be met.
Foiled Assassination is more for a swarm build, which I really tried not to show here.
I like Ultra Boy over Live Wire because Live Wire surges and Ultra Boy gets his counter up front, which, in some cases, is neccessary.
I'll be testing the Tuning Fork. SCP doesnt work when swinging directly so I'm doubting if I'd actually need it.
Fair enough with respect to the ring. On what turn are you intending to win?
I understand the point from where you are coming with respect to Foiled Assassination but Jazmin eases this burden especially if XS gets stunned. Moreover, I don't think it would be terrible to swarm on 5 with 3 guys, potentially 4 with Jazmin, in this type of XS build. Granted my experience with the Legion is in a swarmed based deck.
Saturn Girl can be easily attained with Star Boy the turn before and eases her recruiting burden with her own effect. I'm not suggesting a complete swap but a split between them.
With respect to Ultra Boy, taking into consideration you're argument of Wildfire over Saturn Girl, I'd rather have a base 11/7 over a potential 11/6. Granted the invulnerability (I think that's his other option) can be useful but if I'm killing on 5, which seems to make most sense, I'd take base over potential. Also, if you're on evens, Saturn Girl remedies Lightning Lad's potential surge mishap by sending a rather large 5 up curve. (Plus your board would be Saturn Girl, Lightning Lad and Cosmic Boy which is just kick ### flavour, though I'm not sure of how big a Legion fan you are).
The Fork is mediocre at best, I've rarely had success with it in the swarm deck. I think SPC is needed simply to clear the way for XS.
Since the point of the deck is to hit hard and as fast as you can, I don't see the point in diluting the deck's potential drawing of ATK pumps for a card that will essentialy kill one stunned character for another. There's also a really good chance I wouldn't want to blow a counter to bring Jazmin back, because she surges.
I forgot to mention Wildfire has flight and range and reservist. The range and reservist matter more than you'd think.
Again, Ultra Boy gets his counter from the get go. Sometimes, in rare circumstances, I won't have a counter for XS to use. Having Ultra Boy supply that is better than having to rely on going into 5 with a counter, at least for me. Not saying Live Wire is bad or anything, I just don't see him being any more necessary than Ultra Boy.
I don't like The Fork either. Swinging Ferro Lad into a Hulk, Green Scar and getting away with it is pure gold (thanks SPC!).

If XS gets stunned during her first attack, and you don't have a way to recover her, that is worse than the lack of drawing any one singular attack pump.

And yeah the SPC is good.
That rarely ever happens, heh. I'm usually smart about attacking.

Aright. That's fine for turn 3, but what about the later turns? Being able to stun two dudes who are bigger than her in one attack step is ultra sweet. Idk I guess I'd have to play the deck.

Mybe be a little tricky with it an play Flame Bird. XS attacks she stuns then recovers (with a counter from Wild Fire.) It could also be useful on Ultra Boy.
Think about attack with him giving himself Invulnerability to take out their 5 he recovers via Flame Bird to stick around to soak up some damage.
You can run Brainiac 5.1 as ur 5 drop plus you can get a additional to ur hand. I would agree with everyone else with Foil Assassination. You have Wildfire which give you the ability to get cosmic back every time you recover.
If you're able to make safe attacks on 3, yeah foiled won't help. That said, I think it'd help a ton on a potential kill turn later on in the game. After taking a look at your plot twists, I can't really think of anything that can be cut.
Just a card to consider down the line if you think something just isn't working for ya too well then.
