You are thinking about each of those monsters for their individual worth. Perhaps a better approach would be to address how each one addresses the kinds of decks you will be facing or how they help cover the types of things the rest of your deck is weak at addressing.
If your deck is about control and pacing the opponent, then I dont see any point in Archfiend Soldier. Unless you are going to focus more on Stygian, I also don't see a need to be pure Fiend. Besides, if you are looking for simple beaters what's wrong with Slate Warrior, Giant Orc, or Goblin Elite Attack Force?
As for Creature Swap, I'd drop 1 Fires of Doomsday for 1 CS and then drop Nobleman of E for Nobleman of Crossout.
I think I going to go for Kycoo then. There will be "more" of a focus on Stygian in the sense that he is now another boss monster for me and I'd like to get him out as much as possible, but he only needs a fiend tuner not a fiend monster and fiend tuner. So Kycoo works, and Kycoo also lets me run another synchro that I had lying around, Tempest Magician. Not great, but it can't hurt to have it in the extra deck.
Hopefully the rest of my cards come in today and I can finalize my deck, and go to locals Saturday for the first time in years.
What about the possibility of putting Darkness Neosphere into this deck? I would think he's much easier to summon than necrofear?
I never have trouble summoning in necrofear by turn 3-4 (depending on my opponents field clearing abilities) I have all 3 germs in the GY. I used run 2 necrofear and that was a good way to clog your hand early. I think in 4 matches I had 2 necrofears and no other monsters in my opening hand 3 times. Once I got 2 necrofears and one Caius and no other monsters. I lost those duels bad. Necrofear at 1 is great. 2200 atk special summon with free snatch steal effect when it dies.
Neosphere is badass, statiscally. 4000 ATK with one ok effect (sending face up continuous traps back to the hand), and one worthless effect (that it can't be destroyed by battle, and since basically no one can get over her this effect is useless. Also Neosphere is a minus 1 on the field and minus 1 in the hand to summon. Sure it can totally only a -1 for 4000 atk beater. However, if they respond with bottomless/torrential now it is a minus -3. All that might even be worth it, if you could use Call to bring it out of the grave or RFTDD to bring out from RFG, but you can't. Once she's off the field she can't be reused unless winds up in your hand again somehow.
She needs her very own deck to be used successfully. Something with Trap Stuns, decent S/T removal, and using Infernal Gainer to OTK with Neosphere.
I also have tried Neosphere in the deck and I was never able to bring it out successfully out of maybe 4 chances.
Have you had your eye on any of the fabled fiends? Very Darkworld oriented but they could benefit most fiend decks as well.
I looked them over very quickly and don't remember much except light+fiend which is always nice, not enough of those around. There's supposedly a very helpful tuner in that group. I don't know when they're supposed to be released though.
A few are coming out in July in Hidden Arsenal 2. I think Kushano is in that release. Level 3 Light Fiend tuner - activates in the yard I think. Also Valkyrus who's effect reads that if you discard a fiend you can draw a card. Could be some draw power for this deck.

Lol, sounds good. No such thing as too much draw power.
Any thoughts on Infernity Avenger?
one star tuner fiend dark
searchable by stygian security and if I have no hand he might be able to save me.
I'm actually reviewing all the infernity support because it splashes very easily into fusion decks that bleed from the hand so hard. I've tested guardian already with some good results. I saw avenger... I seem to prefer level 2 fiend tuners to pair with my level 4 heroes and my level 6 fusions for level 6 and 8 synchros.
Into the void will actually work for my deck because I can set my dark callings and dump the monsters out of my hand that I was going to use for a fusion anyways. 100 eyes dragon would work too.
There is actually a lot of fiend support coming out, and I'm glad to see it. And it's not earthshattering by any means. Power Invader is interesting. Ogre of red sorrow too. But like you are already doing here, the stygians are very good. I will probably start running security once synchro fusionist comes out in duelist revolution.

Power invader is pretty cool a modern day Fiend Megacyber, that is actually a fiend. I wonder why they made FIEND Megacyber a warrior, but w/e. Ultimately, my problem with running this guy is that other decks almost never have 2 monsters out at a time against me. Newdoria, Squirmer, Smashing, Caius, D-prison, Bottomless, CED, etc. Of course I haven't face Infernities so we'll see how I feel about that after I do. Might be worth testing at one. I wish he was a special summon though instead of normal summon.
Fusionist looks nice, and Orge is cool too, though Battle Fader/Gorz/Tragoedia are all better, but he still isn't bad.
I know Im falling into a tangent but Power Invader can be more subtle and complicated than just waiting on what your opponent does. Think of the traps like Ojama Trio, Nightmare Archfiends, and Revival Gift.

I think that's distancing too far from my deck. I like Ojama Trio and all thsoe other cards, but they're risky. You're giving your opponent free synchro fodder which can of course be incredibly problematic.
Its not a good card. It is too easily destroyed, especially in this format (3 Smashing Ground, 3 Fissures, 2 Bottomless Trap Hole, etc), and you have to give up a monster on the field and in the hand to summon. If you summon it, and if it gets bottomlessed then it becomes a -3. Gorz or Tragoedia> Darkness Neosphere.
Although she is a huge beatstick if you get her summoned. I'm just more focused on control rather than beating down.
