thats not bad at all. there is another sneak about an hour from mine, so i might hit up two, one saturday and one sunday, so that will be two of them, hopefully trade for the third
I have this sneaking feeling that sooner or later Reborn Tengu is going to be semi-limited. This thing is nuts. I'm sure there are even better combos with it than what I've thought up so far!
yeah the birdman tengu alone to put one back in your hand, bomb with rose, and then bring out another tengu is nuts as is. I believe it can work that way correct?
I could see it going to 2 really fast, but I could also see birdman getting hit just as likely.
I believe you can do that since Black Rose's effect would resolve before Tengu's would kick in but it would be better to double check with Half. I'm not nearly as up on these timing rulings as I used to be.
I couldn't wait any long so I ended up buying four copies of Birdman (two for this deck and two for my Dimensional Heroes deck). At this point I have everything for this deck so I think I'm going to start putting it together in the next day or so and trying it out.
I'm still not sure if I should be running two or three copies of Diamond Dude. I feel like three might be overkill but we'll see how things go when I'm testing the deck.
Summoner Monk just keeps looking better and better to me, thanks for the suggestion Syn. The fact that I can drop it, pitch an otherwise dead Spell, and grab Tengu, Diamond Dude or Stratos and then kick that Monster back to my hand to after I've used their effect and Special Summon Birdman is insane. I haven't been this excited about an original idea of mine in a long time.
I think One Dark Simorgh should indeed do you justice. Two just seems overkill and diverts the attention away from the main goal. I'm not quite sure what DAD's spot is here, where he's a main tool or a splashable option. I think Dark Simorgh will function more of as a splash card, and if not a spot on the main, then definitely a side option
I like Dark Armed Dragon here for his destructive ability. It's helps clear the field before exploding.
The main thing I want to work on now while I'm waiting for Birdman and Tengu to show up is the Extra Deck. I think Locomotion R-Genex is a must as are a lot of the other staple Synchros. Other than that I'm not sure yet. I don't think this deck will be able to drop Trishula that easily but I'll have to play with it a bit more before making that decision. Any other suggestions?

Bird man bounces tengu for another tenghu. Tune out for ancient fairy dragon. Divine mist valley activates. Use fairy dragons effect to destroy divine wind and search for another divine wind and +1000 lp. With divine wind grab blast fan blast fan summons to search bird man. Bounce tenghu for bird man to search last tengu for another ancient fairy. Also you can tune mist soldier with tenghu for scrap. Search another tenghu activate scrap. Go grab another tengu. Yeah this is for sure gonna get hit next list.
