Kozaky wanted to outdo Frankenstein by 1000000000000000 so he took lots and lots of brains for 1 being instead of just 1. Unfortunately, it overloaded the Giant Kozaky unless Kozaky wasn't there to watch it and it went boom XD

For those of you that know me a bit more....you'll understand it a bit better 8^D
As for the Nitro Ray deck...its a slight misnomer. Kozaky isn't in there at all. However, it was a diabolical plan that he came up with. I essentially look to abuse Nitro Unit however I can. The best way I can see doing it is to equip with Nitro Unit, get a monster into defense, then zap them with the Micro Ray to make their defense 0. This starts to get particularly brutal when I have Big Bang Shot equipped to a monster or Mefist out on the field. Its quite fun but needs more tweaking.
My actual Kozaky deck is to abuse the "tactical nuke" effect of Giant Kozaky himself, Creature Swap - Ceasefire/Swords, Barrell Behind the Door (too bad Ring got banned, it was SOOOO nasty and I finally got one 8^D), Heart of Clear Water for Kozaky protection when I want to go beat down style....I love it 8^D I really tried to make room for the Fruits or the Self Destruct, but those just didn't quite fit for some reason.
So alas, that is the basics of it without boring you all 8^D
Is Dark World a city, or a plane of Existence? Given the lack of a field, I'd vote for the latter...
In other news, the idea of Spirit Elimination plus necrofear... I'm kicking myself for not thinking of it myself. It would have been nice vs. Necrovalley or Kycoo... I was slaughtered by those for my lack of versatility with my design... and I couldn't get ahold of dimension fusion either. But now... I feel so much more confident of my deck. Mostly because I now consider what I am about to do rather than just shoving things into the graveyard...
I believe it would be entirely separate...at least, most likely, not involved with the other Fiend places like Lair of the Ten Thousand Demon Lords/Pandemonium and such.
GreatDragon, do you not recall my fictional account of Zera? I told you. The lands of the Dark Ruler are divided into many cities and fiefdoms. Pandemonium and Dark World are but 2 of the many lands under his rule.
And if you don't already have the fiends in your graveyard, you could try out Spirit Elimination and remove them from the field instead or something.
Showing my inexperience here, but why Spirit Elimination? Is that purely to save your GY Fiends for use as Necro-food? I am trying to work some DWs into my Necrofear deck. I have Morphing Jar and Card Destruction for hand disruption. They also add a means to bring Goldd or Silva to the field cheaply and add Fiends to the GY for Necrofear. I also added Soul Release to fuel RftDD if my Necrofears hide in the deck.

Well, there's also a possibility that you may not have 3 Fiends in your Graveyard. You could also combo it with D. D. Survivor and Big Burn or something since, if Big Burn gets used, you'll remove all monster's on your field from play instead of your graveyard. So D. D. Survivor, if face-up, will simply return during the end phase while the opponent's monster's leave their graveyard.
Too bad it wasn't a Quickplay Magic card that could also affect the opponent cause then I'd say, if they attack Kycoo, use Mirror Wall and then you can remove 2 monster's from the opponent's field from play by Kycoo's effect, but then it'd be too evil.
Word, Big Burn is fiendish indeed. I keep in in my Eyes of Despair deck for the RFP angle of it. With so many graveyard searchers and revivers, it works so many times and then Gren Maju comes out in all his splendor 8^D
