I remember thinking Uni-Mind was tougher than he is.
There are a lot of figures that we remember being tough to deal with back 8-10 years ago which looking at them now are like, not so much. Such has the game changed.
I was wondering if I would be able to KO the Eternals for a replacement this turn, but I don't think that's possible. So Challenger on Vibranium, AV11 on Dv18. Gets 8. Kronos makes it 5. Astronomer makes it 11. Guess I should have gone for Kronos. Oh well, 2 to Vibranium.
Challenger teleports to F21
Alfred Heals Challenger 1
J-Man RS to L15, tries targeting Vibranium, AV10 on DV18. Gets 7.
Uni-Mind split (but you knew that) 2 to Vibranium Man. We're in the gap.
"The Eternals merge into this...Uni-Mind," Apollo said, as if it were something distasteful. "If we can break the bond, they're quite weak when they come out.
"Then let Karnak try. Breaking things is his specialty," Karnak said. He struck the Uni-Mind and it wavered.
"Hm, sounds like a job for one of the Speed Force tricks," Zoom said, running up and laying his hand on the Uni-Mind, and attuning the vibrational frequency to just what it needed to be to disrupt the bond.
"Oh look, it's raining Eternals," J-Man said.
"You're not the Joker," Alfred looked at the newcomer suspiciously.
"Can't pull a fast one on you, can I? Nope, I'm not him. I'm J-Man. Joker, the Next Generation. Joker 2.0. Everything you loved about the Joker, but better!"
"There is not a single thing that I 'loved' about the Joker, or even liked. Unless you count his glass jaw," Alfred said.
Interesting thing about these Black Panther figures. I was skimming through them yesterday. The Vibranium doesn't go on their card, it goes onto the Sideline, and it gets pooled. So if you get, say, three figures who do Vibranium stuff and each bring 2 to the table it gives you an overall pool of 6, so any Vibranium-using figure can dip into that pool as needed. Just something to note as we probably start playing with more of these new figures. Also probably starting thinking about doing a game for them once Modern is over.
You list Apollo as a target for Mentor's Pulse Wave, but not in the Damage summary. Counting squares, he is just out of range, so the latter should be correct, no damage to him
Zoom, Apollo, Karnak, Challenger, Astronomer, Sentry all get WP - 3,6,4,6,4,1
J-Man calls in the Cyborg ID card, FFRE2E.
Cyborg Perplexes Kronos's DV-1
Apollo on Kronos, AV11 on DV18. Gets 9. Kronos makes it 9. KOs him.
Zoom HSS to E20 on Mentor, AV10 on DV17. Gets 9. SS is 1. KOs him too. Ends D22
Another ID Card. Challenger brings in Ares. WW80 Version. Teleports to K13. Charges to O8 on Thena, AV12 on DV18. Gets 6. It's enough. KOs her too.
Kree Sentry Regenerates. 3, heals 2.
Cyborg call in attacks Vibranium, AV10 on DV18. Gets 8. 1 to him after his Invincible.
Your Eternals are all KOd. Last one was Thena, not blocked
So dumb question. You'd only need to block one of my Eternal pogs to block 'Uni-Mind'. I don't think you did that but I think you easily could. Just checking for your benefit.
