Walu and Dragon City are using the traditional mafia colors. Walu is an aggressor in this war. The Dragon's crew might not be scum but it appears two of them have made kills and I tend to believe that indicates a scumgroup.

Yeah, because having your action for the night negated for no other reason than real life keeps you busy for so long that you're unable to get your night action in until 90% of the other players in the game have already done so is so very convenient.
