Ok am I the only one who is seriously pinged by this
It was the name of the movie....but even though I only saw it once I know the clown's name is PENNYWISE....why would he be called IT????
Lot's of people make that mistake. I've seen the movie, but I didn't hesitate for a second when he claimed "IT". Depending on the mod's level of familiarity, the role could easily have said either/both. Also, Linkor may well have requested "IT", thinking it would be a fun role without knowing too much about the source.

Pennywise was It's name when using the form of the clown. However, the name "It" is generally accepted for the true Manitou form.
You could be right and I'm just enough of a King junkie to glaze it over due to mixing of King trivia and monster trivia.
@DF - Twisty is the type of "there are all sorts of monsters depending on how you look at it" category. He was a seriously sick puppy who did lock people in a bus....before deciding to kill them if they didn't somehow fit what he was looking for in his chosen captive. He was also faceless. He's a mix of the serial killer motif (not the role but the style of monster) and, say, "human rejected after tragedy caused disfigurement" a'la the Opera Ghost over there.

Yeah. This one is bugging me because I hate being unable to solve this puzzle. I know monsters decently enough and even just submitted a monster clown story for an anthology but thinking of a "name" female clown? There are a fair number of minour cameo-sequel ones but practically no featured ones. Closest I get is Sweet Tooth's daughter is supposed to carry on his legacy (but we never really see that), Hellequin from Assassin's Creed (not really "monster"), stretching quite a bit to Harley or less so to the new Ventriloquist or Joker's Daughter...
Maybe the best bet is one of The Stranger's from the eponymous movie.
Props to whomever picked this one.

Season 2 wanted to do too many things and while it has highlights - Murder Santa, a great performance by Francis McDorman (sp?), actually some good acting all around, Adam Levine losing to a slasher, and a surprise nod to season one - it was long stretches of boring.
Season 3 was freakin' Hogwarts School for Witches vs Voudou. The focus of the show works a lot better when normal humans come across the paranormal and it subverts and takes control of the world. This season decided it wanted to dress as a cool witch for Hallowe'en.
Season 4 is tough to gauge. A lot of people didn't finish it and some of it was due to quality and I suspect some of it was they pushed "disturbing" a little far. Which makes for an interesting discourse in that people are okay watching Jigsaw bear trap a person's head but get into human deformity and things get too close? A good example of that school of thought is how the movie "Freaks" was banned for so many years.

Not sure if Harley is that much of a stretch... didn't she blow up a ton of kids to get the Joker's love in the nu52?
(Hey, I hated that characterization of her, but it is out there.)

The GF is huge AHS fan which is how I got started watching all of it. Season 4 was definitely the weakest out of all the seasons despite the Neil Patrick Harris cameo and most Dandy related scenes.
Season 4, I felt suffered from the mystical aspect of it. I liked the concept of a Freak show trying to make it in a town that doesn't want them. But then magic happens mid way through that felt like a BS way to get rid of a character to move along the story.

It's like there are two Harleys in nu52 (not counting her new gang). There's the vicious nympho in Suicide Squad and then there's the one in her own series that has the old one's personality and shows a lot less skin. Honestly, you may be right and I'm just avoiding the headache of Dr. Quinn, Ex-Medicine Woman.

I am waiting for the headline DC sues JK Rowling...Saying if we had made Alfred a Gay wizard he would look just like Dumbledore

Caught up after breakfast out with my younger sisters-in-law. Pancakes, if you were wondering. Rokk: next time you are in Denver or Fort Collins, and you are going for breakfast before 7:45, go to Snooze.
I've been to Snooze! It was slam busy at brunchtime.
for a game full of monsters, these day phases are getting boring. the magic-spell-blocker from night 1 should be outing their target, as it certainly seems to be the cursing kids who were killers last night.
also, someone day-rezz iceman and daykill pfire. shake things up.
"Why would the possibility of me being wrong ever stop me from doing something?"
That is correct. A dog who educated kids on classic literature!.
Ok, that's what I thought it was, but I didn't remember the dog's name. I've actually seen a couple episodes of that.

Hey. I get the emotional appeal and wanting to stick with a character you love. I love what I got - and actually requested - and I can think of all the times you ignored similar pleas. It just seems wild you got your most deepest and beloved but didn't submit or was that just trying to make me look bad for my hyperbolic "shock"?
Yeah, I know. Believe it or not, I generally don't request my biggest favorites anymore, solely for meta reasons. And I've still got them. I've been PotO in the past two monster mafias before this one, and only requested it the first time. I was The Raven in IR's last Library game, not because I requested it but because I'd requested it in a prior game.
So receiving my top picks unsolicited is kinda just expected for me now.
Plus, I really just wanted to make a joke about silencing you as town in Y for no reason other than roleplaying, and now here I have a role I really want to roleplay. I want to stay alive but I also know I've done terrible things to others for similar reasons. Basically, I'm waiting for you to daykill me.

Surprised that's not outed yet, honestly. Unless that was today's silenced person as that's technically new information. Let me look at who could be silenced...
