1. Wanda's no threat anymore so Thor will attack Hawkeye. I know I'll KO him in one hit anyway, but Thor will use haymaker on Hawkeye for the extra EXP. 10 on a 14. Roll is (1,1). Wow.......... The Dice gods have granted you a second chance. 2 to Thor. 1 from pushing 1 from Haymaker.

2. Panther will attack Hawkeye. 8 on a 14. Roll is (2,2). I wonder what I did to offend my dice so badly.

Jocasta is yours if you want her. I'll put up more of a fight for Spider-Woman. ;-)

Your arguments regarding reservists are fairly convincing. I should write Wakanda about Moon Knight.

After seeing Jocasta's dial you're welcome to Spider-Woman.

My goal is a main team of seven then reserves. I basically just wanted an option that's a bit cheaper than Warbird. Jocasta fits nicely.

If you can't afford Tigra buy MK as a reserve. WakandaMan is great for working with. He's letting me use Black Widow next arc even though she's the new Leader of this team. (heh and we could have a huuuge 3 way team up someday!)

If you do want Tigra real bad though you can always trade out someone cheaper for her then buy that person again later. I'd be happy to buy Wanda or Clint again for an arc if you need.

But we can also send her off on mysterious business for an arc and you can recruit her later.

Why does Jocasta have Psychic Blast?

I'll be hanging on to Wanda and Clint; I'm very happy with my line-up, thank you! ;-) I'm not as keen on Tigra as others (Moon Knight, Sersi, Vision), but Tigra fits my team (comic-wise) so well, and the figure is affordable and powerful and will afford me more flexibility.

Heh I figured. Tigra has served me very well. I'm almost tempted to keep her :-)

Not sure on the Psychic Blast though. I honestly don't know too much about her.

Actually yes. I decided to give Hawkeye one shot. He hit Panther with it but we'll see if it's enough.

Well we can play it past 15 but we don't get any experience beyond round 15. It makes sense for the training session to have a time limit anyway.

In the control room Tigra spoke. "Thanks for the offer. I may take you up on it but as I said before I have some business to take care of soon. Maybe after that?"

She was interrupted by the siren though.

"Session's up." Iron Man said. "Looks like Cap's team had us handily." He grumped.

"Don't sell yourself short Iron Man." Cap said as he shook hands with Hank after Hank grew to normal size. "Your team's formidable. Hank especially. We couldn't scratch him. You do need to take it easy and pace yourself a bit more though." He said to Hank.

"Thank you Cap." Hank said as he hastily shook hands then went to make sure Jan was ok.

"I'm fine Hank." she said as she stood up. "But thanks for caring. You're such a sweetie."

as Hank stammered, Panther helped Wanda to her feet as Hawkeye whined. "We woulda done better if they would get out of my face. And cutting my bowstring? That's unfair!" Hawkeye yelled at Panther.

"In a battle one does as necessary to win Mr. Barton." T'Challa replied simply.

"Whatever." Hawkeye muttered.

Thor extended a hand to Wonder Man as the scenery disappeared. "Thou fought bravely. Thor is proud to call you his companion good Simon."

Simon took Thor's hand and grunted as he got up, knowing he'd feel Thor's blows for a few days yet.

Captain America turned and faced them all. "That went well. I'm glad we got a chance to train before you headed back west. And before three of my team leave."

"Don't worry Cap, we'll be fine." The Wasp said as she leaned on Hank a little. "With Black Knight and She-Hulk joining up we'll do great."

"Aye fair Janet. They are great warriors indeed. " Thor stated as he led the way out of the training room. "Perhaps Thor knows of another who could lend his aide. I must try and find him before I return to Asgard." He thought to himself.

Thanks for the game, Vance! I'm very glad my luck was better in our battle against Loki et al.

I notice in your story that Wonder Man's identity and Hawkeye's identity are known. DKnight and i were trying to establish some continuity with respect to secret identities, particularly of Iron Man. I'd like at least his identity to be secret. We were also considering Iron Man's origin, his potential problem with alcohol, his business status, etc. It's all yet to be developed with Iron Man; although DKnight did include a long narrative regarding Wonder Man's origins recently.
