We've been having some PC problems here at home. Could you please let me know which map is Marvel 3 and perhaps provide me with a link to the webpage (is that at Creation Matrix?). Thanks.
Marvel 3 is the one that's nice and open with the big lake in the center.
If Cabal City would work better for you let me know and I'll pick something there instead.
What was/is the ruling on that 'thing' -- is it merely blocking terrain or is it potentially outdoor elevated terrain (with no ladder access)?

I think even this training match deserves a story intro... ;-)
After defeating Loki and his minions and some much needed rest, two branches of Avengers decided to spar a bit before the West coast team headed home.
"Wow these sure look fancy" Tigra marveled as she stared at Iron Man operating the controls to the Avengers new training room.
"That they are. They're state of the art Stark Industries Virtually reality technology. " Iron Man replied.
"I just wish I could join in." Tigra said as the training room took the form of a park with a lake.
"We agreed on 4 on 4 since I have to operate the controls and you lost out. Which is fine by me because I have an offer I'd like to discuss with you....." Iron Man replied
As the two Avengers in the control room chatted, the two teams below faced off across the battle field.
"This may be only training, but we will fight to win." Captain America said.
"Bring it on Grandpa!" Hawkeye shouted.
"All right then. Avengers, Plan Alpha 3." Cap said as his team charged forwards.

Captain Americ'as team showed no fear as they advanced, with Wasp dropping Cap right next to both Hawkeye and Ant-Man.
"Howdy lover." Wasp said as they flew up. "Hope you don't mind if we join you over here?"

Wonder Man attempts to break away from Wasp > roll: 1. crud.
Hawkeye attempts to break away > roll: 1 (crud).

Wonder Man pushes and attacks Wasp > AV9 vs DV18 > roll: 5+6=11 HIT (wow, now that's more like it!) Wasp takes 3 damage, and Wonder Man takes 1 pushing damage.
Ant-Man and Hawkeye clear.

Energy from hex bolts flew around the training room, but Captain America easily dodged them, his decades of training, his incredible shield and super-human skill aiding him. Wonder Man, for his part, saw himself surrounded and knew that he needed to undertake drastic steps: In spite of his fatigue, he turned and swatted the Wasp.
"Jan!" cried Ant-Man. "Wonder Man, if you've hurt her!..."
Captain America, between evasive maneuvers, admonished Ant-Man, "Ant-Man, this is a training exercise. Concentrate on the task at hand! The Wasp will be fine. All of the failsafes are on, and Wonder Man is pulling his punches."
Hank didn't respond, but a thought flashed through his mind: 'Perhaps it's better that Jan and I are going to be in different teams...'
