In other words, like most everything in life, your experience might vary. Doesn't mean the attempt shouldn't be made, though. After all, by that point what do you have to lose?

I'll give you rep for posting a story with a happy ending. 99.9% of the time it doesn't work out. But I'm very glad to hear that 0.1% of the time it does work out well though. So I guess I take back the "waste of time" comment.
