Wizard's R&D department are killed? Don't care much myself (though I'd really like a Ganthet to complete the deputies, as I've said before ad nauseum), but some people really, really want those Lanterns.
Heroclix named Katana are surprisingly easy to decapitate...
Larfleeze being a chase is almost a certainy - at best a SR. It makes sense -
NECA - We want Larfleez to be a chase, the majority of HCRealms has spoken

I want those figures I just don't see one being a chase, while the others aren't. Also the chases have always felt unique and random and sort of out of place. Even with th black lanterns I have felt they didn't work with the theme of the set.

And a lantern that is fairly new to the DC universe does fit the theme of 75th anniversary set? Sure they are going to cover all 75 years, and the new lanterns are part of that, but from what I have read, people are expecting this set ot be more of a nostalgic set.
Larfleeze fits nicely as a chase. The theme of him in general screams chase. They also could throw in 4 chase figures, one from every 20 years to capture both nostalgia and current popularity.
No rest until the great works of Anthony Edward Stark are in clix forms
Soon...his works will be realized... in 2013 the Hall of Armor in clix!
I can't see him being a chase. That's like making Deadpool into a chase, he's really quite popular compared to alot of the other Lantern charactors. I can see him being the big money SR of the set. But the Chase? I'm thinking chases will more likely be really overpowered and iconic versions of the big 4 due to the theme of the set.
Big 4? I thought DC had a Big 3. Who's the fourth?
I guess GL is getting up there, but really, there's the Big 4, and then the Big 7. I could see how there could be a big 5 though, as Flash and GL are percieved as more iconic than Aquaman and Martian Manhunter

Yeah but I could see more the villain who just go the red lantern ring being a chase over Larfreeze. I would see Larfreeze more being a super rare.
The 75th set may have some Lanterns but not many of the Deputies. I figure the next set will be Marvel in March/April then a Marvel Action pack/Starter in May/June. Then the next DC set Aug/Sept around GenCon for a pre-Release event. No particular order but here is my DC Green Lantern/Space themed 60 figure set.

Let's hope for him to be a SR.
the majority of HCRealms has not spoken for Larfleez to be a chase. Just as many people are wanting him to not be a chase as there are people who are wanting him to be a chase.
Please, NECA don't make another Lantern a chase figure. It was hard enough getting the black lanterns.

Wait, Batman was the Chase for Arkham Asylum, and Superman was the Chase for Crisis (not just that, but the KEY Superman to Crisis, and a version of one of the DC's most popular comics of all times and an insanely high want from a previous set that people complained was way to difficult to get) and you think they won't put the popular character in as a chase?
The Black Lanterns were chases.

So were the marvel zombies. It was a popular series at the time, but it's really not wanted. I have a feeling it'll be what's really popular with DC. I think we should wait and see what WOS chases are. If it's a void sentry, than I might start worrying. If it's galactus aunt may it might just be random, depending on the choice of marvel or dc.

I don't know about this. It's always struck me that the DC sets put forth the really popular characters i.e. Bats x2, Supes x2, Black Lanterns and Alfred and Lois in non-pog forms.
Marvel kind of does what it wants: cool characters but do you need them....eh...not really i.e. Thorbuster, Susan Richards. Only the Zombies really apply to the "popular theme" but that was back in Supernova only. Since then, it's been the second tier level.
I think you'd see that Galactus Herald Aunt May before you saw Void being a chase, IMO.
As for DC...they're going to make you/us suffer to get the awesome characters. And there isn't going to be but maybe one or two bigger than Larfleeze come the release.

I don't know sinestro bats was sort of obscure. There have been a lot of common, uncommon rare and super rare batmen and supermen. I know in crisis we had kingdom come superman and crisis superman. I could see more like landmarks in dc. I would see Red Sun superman be a chase, white lantern hal jordon and other landmark characters. I could see it just being land mark stories being the chase. Larfreeze just seems awkward in a chase spot. Louis and Alfred were practcially their pogs forms remade. I just don't see evidence for larfreeze to be there. I see more evidence towards Red Sun Superman being there.
