With Ziran giving us the 411 recently about the U-foes/ Runaways and their levels of commonality....(C,U,R,SR), one can definitely draw inferences about other groups in comics that might be coming our way but will be presented in the same light.
I'm looking at the Lantern Brigade for the DC 75th set.
It makes perfect sense for us to get Atrocitus, Saintwalker, Indigo-1, and Larfleeze in the next set right?
Because we already have versions of Violet (Star Sapphire), Green (Starter and Crisis Hal's), and Sinestro (Crisis).
That's 4.
Uncommon, Rare, SR.....and CHASE!
I can't ever see them putting one of these characters as a Common in the set. And I really do think that Larfleeze will be (and so apropos) a Chase figure with his "greediness factor".
That makes perfect sense and it settles well within their rationale for how these subsets should sit in their set mold.
"Larfleeze being a chase" is well on its way to being a self-fulfilling prophesy.
Stop wishing this into reality folks!
I like the character and would rather appreciate him not being a chase.
I can't see him being a chase. That's like making Deadpool into a chase, he's really quite popular compared to alot of the other Lantern charactors. I can see him being the big money SR of the set. But the Chase? I'm thinking chases will more likely be really overpowered and iconic versions of the big 4 due to the theme of the set.
I play Heroclix, Pathfinder, and retro video games on Twitch!
How does spreading a foursome across CURSR translate into OMGWTFHOWCANYOUMAKEHIMACHASE?
If they can make Thor a common figure, then none of these guys are exempt.
They make St. Walker or Indigo-1 common, the other one uncommon, Atrocitus or Larfleeze rare, and the other one SR.
But I do not think that these guys get that treatment in the first place. They aren't really a group, they are just four characters that have a common thread running through their stories.

Yes... They would never make a figure everybody wants as a chase... Looks at my E2 Superman, wait....nevermind.
That would be a wonderful way to stick it to us good. First, Black Lanterns as Chases and a Starter of the heroes from that story, then New Guardians as Chases. That would suck...btw, from what I have read, Deadpool is an SR...mad pack buying ahead. Good show marketing division at NECA.
Logan:I'm an X-Man and on 2 Avengers teams.
Mockingbird:How the hell do you do that?
Logan: Multitasking. Its my mutant power. Dont tell anyone.

Actually if it was greediness factor it would be the BIBTB figure. You can open one booster to get a certain figure with the right amount of luck. It takes 10 boosters to get a BIBTB figure. That is a little more greedy in my book.

I see what you're saying, but it's implausible and based on faulty logic. The U-Foes are A) a discrete team, B) non-integral to recent themes or large scale comic events, C) popular to a niche section of the market rather than a broad section of it.
The Lanterns fit none of those criteria. I could see them dispersed across the CURSR, sure, but I wouldn't discount the possibility of several per slot and none in the Chase category. I also wouldn't discount all of them being rares. It's just too early to tell.

Based on the simple fact that the set was "Hammer of Thor" I'd argue that the only point to make would be to make absolutely sure that everybody could get the piece the set is named after: Thor. Thus, he'd be the exact piece to make a common.
As for the WTFOMG............ reaction...... what? Are you my wife? Because she takes things that I say and makes it sound like I'm saying OMGWTF.......
I get enough of that from her...... and that's definitely not my reaction. But I do see the correlation. And the fact that everybody is going to want those pieces.......
Re: Jak7890
But if you put/add some of the thoughts, it's not unpossible now, is it? And I think my original idea does merit some thought. Yes, they're not a "foursome" per se....but they are the four remaining to be made and to me, that's good enough a criteria. Now I definitely agree that they could be a C/U/R/SR type of thing going but....I think it's one of those perfect ideas that is just too good to pass up. And I don't think Wizkids/NECA will either. Call it a good ol' fashioned hunch.
And I don't think you can call it faulty logic when all we're doing on here is speculating. Unless of course Jak7890 is speaking as an official insider. Then I bow to your correcting me.
Actually, I'd agree with Phant's post but since we know it's WL Sinestro.... that's out of the question.
