I still haven't seen this from UDE yet, or am I looking in the wrong places? We have regionals tomorrow and I would like to know if this is official policy now.

Ask your head judge at the event.... he will tell you what they will do about the ruling if its true. He will explain everything.

It's not viewable to the general public yet. It was put out on the L3 list. If your head judge is L3 he'll know about it (assuming he keeps up on the list) As well, the precident has been set at GenCon So. Cal. by UDE officials. You'll be seeing it in future documentation.

As noted, this should be of rare occurance anyway. Judges should avoid issuing double game losses whenever possible.
