Good, so hindering terrina can't block my outwits and rerolls?
Cool! I feel 100% sure of myself till I actually play then need
verification every time. Thanks again you guys.

Hindering terrain by itself will not block LOF. If a character has stealth and the LOF crosses hindering terrain the LOF will be treated as though it crosses blocking terrain (ie. it is blocked).

Thanks again CM. I just wanted to be clear on the hindering
I'm very clear on blocking terrain ;-) and my Stealth my new
found love. As the game gets better for me one of the guys I play with hates it more and more.

Yes. If the character performing the running shot is adjacent to the SHIELD member at the time of the attack (ie. they move adjacent) and the SHIELD member can be given an action (ie. haven't been carried this turn) then you can use the SHIELD boost with running shot.

Batman can't be directly targetted by range attacks, but he can still be damaged by non-targetting range attacks (Energy Explosion (assuming there is an adjacent enemy), Pulse Wave).
At close range, he is still vulnerable to Telekinesis, Force Blast, and Mind Control, along with Team Krypton power and B2B combat (close combat, BCF, Flurry, Capture, Charge, Super Strength Object Smash, Poison, Steal Energy) ...so stealth DOES have it's weaknesses!

That is a common misunderstanding. Stealth doesn't turn anything into anything else. The hindering terrain isn't transmogrified into blocking terrain. It is STILL hindering terrain... Stealth, and the related Batman Ally team ability, use the hindering terrain to block LoF. That's it... nothing more.
In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.

The character with Stealth is not considered blocking terrain. Instead, a LOF that is drawn to a character with Stealth is treated as if it crossed blocking terrain.
However, PW ignores all powers and abilities, so Stealth and the Bats/Kabuki TAs are ignored and do not affect PW. Only true blocking terrain (map features and Barrier) affects PW.
