Since the League can easily search out a District X, I've found in Golden Age that Bane with a Special Delivery makes for a pretty nice 5 drop.

I say, since they have enough KO power to stall till the later turns, that they definitely need a better 6 or 7 drop.

However, since I know next to nothing about comic lore, you all can decide who the cooler character is flavorwise.

A 7-drop Cain would certainly be a good thing for when the League has even inits.

that card is sooo not good enough. make her a 11atk/14def and just a discard(not cost specific) once per turn ability(no activation) to negate the draw back of having to replace one of your locations when you play her. Then she is potentially good enough.
